Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, once again discusses ATF Rule 2022R-17, a rule, which if implemented would require millions of Americans to obtain FFL licenses should they wish to continue in one of America's oldest hobbies. Unlike many of the other rules that ATF attempts to implement rules, which have no basis in law or common sense, this rule has all the legal footing it needs thanks to the Bipartisan Safer Communities Act passed last year by Congress.
