As you know I have been an advocate for saving the planet and fighting for the rights of the common individual for many years now and I am still at it as I truly believe as the saying goes ''Evil prevails when good men do nothing'' most of our society's ills are a byproduct of the silent majority. But what I never discussed in these years of fighting for our rights as individuals is how I personally stayed healthy even though I was faced with having to overcome the ravages of oxidative stressors from having to face the battle of my own convictions for all.
