60 year old X-ray technician Tim Zook died following covid vaccine

Another death of a relatively healthy 60 year old, who was fine, stable, happy and relatively healthy until that 2nd shot which he choose to have and then had reactions within a couple of hours and died in hospital within a few days. Ironically, his story is being shown as, we should still all take this very safe vaccine. Remember, this is for a virus so deadly that you might not know if you've got it unless you take a test. (And a faulty test at that, but that's another story.) I feel sorry for him and his wife but I feel rather weird about it because in news articles she was quoted as saying we should all take it, it's safe and her husband would have wanted everyone too. That sounds rather callous to me... or perhaps just extremely misguided.
