Three Tier Fountain Design of Creation (Animation)

There is a three tier water fountain at St. Martin's University and it inspired this concept. Since I believe the Earth is level (flat) it occurred to me that perhaps Heaven and Hell are structured in a similar fashion. Derek Prince suggested that there are three heavens as well based on the scriptures, so I think this three tier design could apply to the heavens as well.

2 Corinthians 12:2
"I knew a man in Christ above fourteen years ago, (whether in the body, I cannot tell; or whether out of the body, I cannot tell: God knoweth;) such an one caught up to the third heaven."
