Between the end of May and the beginning of June, during the 77th World Health Assembly, Member States are called to cast a final vote on both, behind closed doors of course.

In the meantime, various changes have been made and, from draft to draft, references to coercive instruments, which were very explicit in the first and represented a real attack on the sovereignty of states, have become more indirect.

The latest draft is that of April 22, which we advise you to view and study, however the final negotiations can still lead to any change.
