In other words: Living in a colony of China. Everything you do, everywhere you go, everybody you meet with... Will be tracked by the government through your phone. Your phone will be your identification, your method of payment for goods and services, the government will decide what you are allowed to do and what you must not do, according with your "social conduct". If you are not allowed to participate in certain activities, you will be blocked by Internet. You won't be free. Without a phone you are a non-person.
