The Truth Behind Franklin Armory's Reformation

Here is the facts behind Franklin Armory's Reformation. The Reformation has a NRS Barrel that is equipped with straight cut lands and grooves while remaining a standard caliber. Since the barrel does not impart spin on the projectile, it does not meet the definition of "rifling" or the ATF's definition of a "rifle." The Reformation can shoot off the counter ammunition; however, Franklin Armory has engineered fin and flare stabilized projectiles that has near MOA performance at 100 yards.
