Ever wonder how the NFA can survive in the Post-Bruen world? Well it probably can't. Today, Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, talks about a portion of the motion for summary judgment filed by the Firearms Policy Coalition in the matter of Mock v. Garland. The NFA of 1934 is a wonderful example of unconstitutional legislation placed in the US Code. Learn about the "Enumerated Powers" the US Constitution grants to the three Branches of the Federal Government; Congress, the Administration (President), and Judiciary. It was designed to restrict the government, not to grant them the power to railroad the citizens.
