The Horrific Plan That Will Make Washington State Even More Dangerous

Can you imagine a state, that does not have enough public defenders and their solution is to just not prosecute crimes? Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses that exact plan which is being discussed right now by the Washington State Bar Association and the State Supreme Court. The new proposal would limit the number of cass public defenders can handle in a given year.
