The Coronavirus and it's relation to Bible Prophecy.

Does the Coronavirus have anything to do with Bible prophecy? I am aware of 'Prophets' who make every headline the end of the world. But the coronavirus almost certainly has a role to play in the last days. Jesus said that there would be pestilences at the end times, he declared it to be a sign of the time. But he also said 'the end is not to come' when declaring it was a sign, because it is only a 'birth pain'. So what does Jesus say and the Pandemic seem to say?
