Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses the all important case of Second Amendment Foundation v. A.T.F., filed in the United States District Court, Northern District of Texas (Ft. Worth). This suit, brought many months ago, is in response to ATF's proposed new rules on pistols with attached stabilizing braces. This suit aims to overturn ATF's gross encroachment into Article 1 functions in order to violate Americans' Constitutional Rights. However, this suit was brought before the United States Supreme Court had issued its rulings in both New York Pistol & Rifle Assoc. v. Bruen and West Virginia v. EPA. What will the amended pleadings look like? How much better has the plaintiff's arguments gotten with recent case law? Learn all of this and arm yourself with education today.
