Texas Pro-Life Law Passed | Constitution Corner

Texas Governor Greg Abbott’s SB8 bill, otherwise known as the Texas Heartbeat Act, officially went into effect on September 1, 2021. It makes an abortion illegal after a heartbeat can be detected.
