Terraforming Callisto for the New Jerusalem

Callisto equals 2410 kilometers in diameter. The New Jerusalem 1400 miles on a side equals 2253.082 kilometers, which is 138.918 kilometers smaller than Callisto, which would have its waveguide ring 69.459 miles underground, the entire circumference. This means that the highest point that bulges out the exact middle of each side of the cube remains 69.459 miles higher than the cube's edge.
