I don’t know how much more obvious this could be to anyone with eyes to see, but let me say it loud and clear to avoid any misunderstanding:

Artificial intelligence is NOT “intelligent” … in the sense of being sentient.

According to Merriam-Webster, “sentient” can mean: 1) capable of sensing or feeling; 2) aware; 3) finely sensitive in perception or feeling.

People buying into the orchestrated hype around artificial intelligence as comparable to or even better than our own don’t appear very sentient either, but that’s a story for another day.
I’m NOT saying that AI can’t be useful. I use it myself all the time in my video creation process.

It’s a wonderful tool, as long as you’re the hammer, not the nail.

I just recognize AI for what it is: fancy programming and fast processing.

It isn’t a god. It isn’t a miracle. And it will never, ever replace human intelligence, such as it is in these last days of Rome.

No, that isn’t a “chat” you’re having with ChatGPT.

You’re talking to a mere echo of human awareness that has, like many contemporary humans living in circumscribed virtual worlds, been cleverly compartmentalized.

There’s an emerging “Gnostic” innerstanding of the massive Hive Mind that seems to direct the show in this struggling realm.

Pulling back the curtain on “reality,” more and more psychonauts are beginning to grok that we’re dealing with something that can’t truly create on its own but only mimic the creative spark of organic minds.

Call it Archons. Call it the Demiurge. Call it the Lord.

I call it the Great Parasite.
