Taurus 689 Load Development Part 1

My first you tube reloading project is working out some leading and accuracy issues with this Taurus 689. We are loading .38 special and .357 magnum with Lee 158 gr lead Semi-wad cutter (LSWC) Gas Checked (GC) Powder Coated (PC). Using 13 gr. of 2400 in the .357 mag loads and 3.0 grs of Red Dot in the .38 Special.
