Then as it declines you see rise in addiction, inverted institutions, self hate self obsession etc, laws that can’t be enforced, societal anger in pointless pagentry. Mass migration from once conquered exploited lands. The roads of empire go both ways.

The good news is you can always not participate in the parade of the weak trying to lash out and cope. You can take great joy in reconnecting to humility and reality. Peak empire is fake and gay.
