Bill and Hillary Clinton signed a bill into law in 1997, called “adoption and safe families act”. It essentially is stealing money from the Social Security Fund and gives the money to the states in order to incentivize them to kidnap children.
To receive this money, CPS has to have enough children to “sell”. This creates a situation where parents are victimized and lose their children, when their own statistics show that 83% of all children taken by CPS are for unfounded accusations
