Project Stargate by the CIA was declassified in 2003. It was a secret project from the 80's that tested the validity of Psychic Powers like astral projection and time travel.

I was astounded to find out that their saw the syncing of the right brain and the left brain as the key towards accessing these "altered states". Do you think it's legit or nonsense?
