Taking a few 25 yard shots at a 12" steel target and a little discussion about the Sig Sauer P238 .380 pocket pistol. Great shooting little pistol for a 2 3/4" barrel but not without a few little glitches that seem to have been around since the beginning of production. This pistol is 2016 manufacture and still suffers from ejecting the latest generation extended magazine while shooting, occasional failure to load completely into battery, and ejecting spent rounds on top of my head. I've cured the random mag drops by modifying the mag release but the rearward casing ejections continue to be annoying. Polishing the steep, and not factory polished feed ramp, seems to have solved the incomplete feeding issue. Overall I really enjoy shooting this micro compact and it is on par for accuracy and shoot-ability with larger compact 9's. Thanks for watching.
