Shooter induced pistol double feed handgun malfunctions

One common handgun malfunction is the shooter induced pistol double feed. This is usually done by someone who is new to firearms who thinks their gun will break easily.

When loading the pistol, the shooter will pull the slide back and ease it forward instead of letting it go on its own. If the slide doesn't go all the way, the shooter will pull it back again which causes the double feed.
