Well, first -- you have to KNOW to do that, and people who live in places like the Dakotas, Montana, Idaho, Wyoming, ALASKA, etc etc KNOW that when it plummets below 0, you leave the water DRIPPING from the faucets; moving water doesn't freeze. But if you're in Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana, etc etc etc, why the h3ll would you know that? Its a cold winter if you hit 32 in those places. How would they EVER know to leave their faucets dripping?! Give them a break! They don't know how to drive on ice either; again -- why would they? Pittsburghers not only know how to drive on ice, they *know how to drive on STEEP ice-covered hills* ! Why would San Franciscans know how to do that? They've never seen ice outside a mixed drink! So, give these people a break. After all, you probably wouldn't know how to deal with a gator, would you? A Cajun probably would, though!
