Sen Feinstein Argues For Assault Weapons Ban

Senator Diane Feinstein (D-California) offers an assault weapons ban amendment to gun responsibility legislation being debated in the US Senate. She points out that no court has ruled previous assault weapons bans as unconstitutional. She says 96 pages of her bill are dedicated to detailing which hunting weapons would be excluded from the ban.
