Self Acknowledgement - Light Language Recognition of your Achievements

On this journey of healing and awakening, it's important at times that we take a moment to acknowledge how far we've come.
It's easy to fall into a pattern of constant striving, of achieving a goal only to set forth on accomplishing the next one, of fulfilling task after task, learning lesson after lesson without ever taking the time to congratulate ourselves on a job well done.
In small ways and large, within and without, those of us living a purposeful life achieve a lot, and we need to remember to stop and recognise or reward ourselves in some way.
Today we are giving ourselves a 'pat on the back' :)

It's best to listen with headphones in a quiet space, also be sure to attune your energies to that of the crystal grid/image, in order to receive the extra activation it gives, and remember to listen with your heart, not your mind.
