Schrade SCHF40LD Review - What 3/4 TANG REALLY Looks Like!! SK-5 carbon steel - like American 1080.

The SCHF40LD is a newer knife for Schrade and it is a misunderstood knife. My guess is that some people are avoiding it because it does not claim to have a FULL TANG. In this video you will see what the tang is like for this knife in a way that you have NOT SEEN in ANY other video.

Some vendors list this knife as having 420 stainless steel, it does NOT. It is made of SK-5 carbon steel blade, that steel is a lot like American 1080 carbon steel. Check the manufacturer website.
