The clip is serious though, it's about a despicable masonic agent (of Klaus Schwab) online, who operates in Romania, you see him here making ugly faces (and gesticulates like a psycho), he is a Talmudic Jew, he promovates the killing of children with vaccins and the reducing of the Global Population.
