For those of us that shoot the Savage Axis rifles this is a huge improvement over the standard plastic clipped magazine that we have been using for years. This new design offers a more robust and solid design..
*NOTE: This magazine will fit the older Savage Axis rifles and act as an upgrade over the older mag with the plastic retaining tab!*

Ironic that your video is 2:23 in length to cover a .223 magazine.
That new production mag is definitely quite a bit nicer. The old one seems below Savage standards with that flex tab.
