Jeweler and amateur detective David Conway and his fiancee Pat think that cheating husband Paul Farley is trying to make people believe his wife Red has gone insane, but soon find out things aren't what they seem as they get caught up in a thrilling adventure involving a plot to steal a new supposedly-bulletproof metal alloy and murder.

Seeing Red

The third instalment of a suspense serial by co-creator of Dick Barton and The Archers. David Conway and Pat Manners try to catch up with the mysterious Red Farley but she is good at giving people the slip. Finally they track her down at the circus where she says she suspects her husband Paul of trying to steal Krutz's secret formula for his alloy metal and that she fears for her life.

David and Kratz then find out who is working for whom. Paul Farley and Hugo Norsten will stop at nothing to get their hands on the secret formula for Kratz alloy metal - and then they want to test it out - just to make sure.
