I pray that I recognize when I'm under attack and ask Father God to rid them from me in the name of my savior. And they dissipate. Don't have to think happy thoughts, it just happens. And if not happy then they are at least observational or neutral. These parasites will run you down they feed off your hate or misery. And they will attack more frequently when they see an easy mark. Don't be afraid to ask for help. You can't really get rid of them by trying to change your thoughts. OK done preaching. It works for me.

27 min.. years ago I caught the "how dare yeeew" from my cousin, for "suggesting" that my mother had a good healthy baby (me) when she was happy through her pregnancy term, then a problem child when she wasn't (my sister). she divorced my dad, had my half sister who is very smart and stable.. from my stepdad. a few years later had my baby half sister who has been a little monster all her life.. mom wasn't happy through that last pregnancy, issues with stepdad, big issues with my real father too when I was 6-7 years old. gee, how dare I even think that a mothers happiness has an effect on what kind of child she's giving birth to? how dare I see "good egg, bad egg, good egg, bad egg" with myself and 3 little sisters? I should be ashamed for understanding it to BE the reality? of course I'm "the bad guy" for even mentioning a "theory" based on real observation.. now think about all the stresses by these creeps doing everything possible to destroy Christianity and the nuclear family. the economic stresses, the divorce rates, and the real potential of a LOT of "bad eggs" being born because of it all.
