"I Cant Recall" Is not a valid answer to the Victorian Police, but ok under Oath by Vic Government

The Victorian police I interacted with on the 27th of September 2020 didn't accept, I can't recall as a valid answer to their questions. This is the same answer Dan Andrews our state premier and his entire cabinet used under oath in the Quarantine investigation. They also used this when asked who came up with the Melbourne curfew. Maybe the police should be dealing with the criminals in Parliament as they rightly refuse to see this as an acceptable answer to their questions. Those investigating the government accepted those answers and the people setting laws and directives see it as a valid answer too which is unacceptable.
