"Good Cop" Convicted Of Not Stopping Bad Cop

If there were good cops there wouldn't be bad cops, because the good cops would arrest the bad cops. That's easier said than done though since police departments have a gang mentality, and you don't betray or "snitch" on fellow gang members. Now in Colorado, failure to intervene and stop a bad cop is a crime, and in Aurora Colorado the first officer was just convicted of that crime.
