"DIY Blacked-Out Hummer Rims for Under $50"

I have stock rims on my Hummer and wanted to attempt a little custom paint job. I spent $51 on supplies, (some I didn't even use) so it could have been less. I was VERY happy with the way the rims turned out. I first cleaned the rims, then sanded them with 320 grit sand paper, wiped them down with thinner, re-wiped them, taped up the places I didn't want to paint, then applied the high temp simi-gloss black paint. Not a difficult job, saved a ton of money for the price of new rims, and IM a happy camper!!
