    Form is a crucial aspect to getting into shape, and half the people in the gym are clueless, and half the people that aren't sure of how to exercise with proper form are afraid to go to the gym and be ridiculed by those who do.
    (trust me, this doesn't really happen, because most people in the gym have no clue either!)
    But with a couple simple pointers, you can have proper form in the gym, exercise safely, and get maximum benefit from the time that you put in.
    Because that is what exercise is all about. If you don't get anything out of it, it is just wasted time... And not even fun wasted time either.
