Looks like your Accuwedge may be interfering with the BCG. I had a Colt that never ran right and I discovered because it was a high shelf lower that the top of the Accuwedge was being hit and rolled over if front of the buffer. After I trimmed the top of the Accuwedge the rifle ran great. Don't know if this may contributing to your issue?
