Pronab Sen interview: Fear and supply uncertainty could make second wave worse for rural India

Pronab Sen, economist and India’s former chief statistician and Programme Director for the International Growth Centre- India Programme, talks to Down to Earth about economic impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on rural India. He says that second wave of the COVID-19 pandemic may have hit the rural economy harder than the first lockdown.
