00:12 today let's start with
00:14 this election process uh we just heard
00:17 from john solomon that the fbi indeed as
00:19 being diligent is involved and we all
00:21 hope he is exactly right
00:23 uh your thoughts first about the
00:27 knowledge now that the justice
00:29 department is
00:30 involved in this review of the election
00:35 well i'm delighted to hear that i think
00:36 there are any number of things they need
00:38 to investigate including the likelihood
00:40 that three percent of the vote
00:42 total was changed in the pre-election
00:46 voting ballots that were collected
00:48 digitally
00:49 by using the hammer program and a
00:51 software program called scorecard
00:54 that would have amounted to a massive
00:56 change in the vote that would have gone
00:58 across the country and explains a lot of
01:00 what we're seeing
01:02 in addition they ran an algorithm to
01:04 calculate votes they might need
01:06 to come up with for mr biden in specific
01:10 areas i think that explains what
01:11 happened in michigan
01:13 where the computer glitch resulted in a
01:15 change of votes of
01:17 about 5500 in favor of president trump
01:20 just in one of 47 districts
01:22 all those districts need to be checked
01:24 for that same quote software glitch end

01:27 that would change the result in michigan
01:29 dramatically
01:31 the same thing is happening in other
01:33 states we've had hundreds of thousands
01:35 of ballots mysteriously appear
01:37 for solely for mr biden which is
01:39 statistically impossible as a matter of
01:42 mathematics
01:44 it can all be documented we are putting
01:46 it into materials that we will file in
01:48 federal court and we need to seek relief
01:51 in multiple states
01:52 to enjoin the certification of any
01:55 election results

02:02 that sounds like a strong case for a
02:05 straightforward allegation of uh
02:08 a fraud the two programs that she just
02:11 mentioned i am just
02:12 asking you right now have you ever heard
02:13 them because i had not heard of them
02:17 no i mean there have been noises about
02:18 it on the internet but i don't know
02:19 anything
02:20 beyond what sydney's reporting now you
02:23 know i go back to the numbers you
02:24 reported at the beginning of the segment
02:26 the president was winning on tuesday
02:27 he's not winning now and he's not
02:29 winning now as a result of a process
02:31 that the voters can't have confidence in
02:34 the state legislatures can't have
02:35 confidence and in my view the courts
02:37 can't have confidence in
02:38 so the question is are the courts going
02:40 to undo what went on
02:42 i don't know but the state legislatures
02:44 in
02:45 georgia pennsylvania michigan
02:48 wisconsin perhaps arizona they now have
02:50 an opportunity
02:51 to make a stand on behalf of the rule of
02:53 law are they going to endorse what went
02:55 on this week
02:56 or are they going to appoint a clean
02:57 slate of electors that supports
02:59 president trump
03:00 that could be the next battle and i
03:01 would think that activists interested in
03:03 this issue and if you're concerned
03:05 watching this
03:06 start talking to your state legislators
03:07 and i started asking where congress is
03:09 because congress in the end is going to
03:11 be the judge of the electoral
03:13 college votes and i if i were in
03:15 congress i'd be telling these states
03:18 you better keep up on uh you better be
03:20 honest here because
03:21 we're not going to accept your votes if
03:24 you're if you're
03:24 if your election is a sham
03:29 well sydney let's go back to to a hammer
03:32 and scorecard
03:33 are those the names that you just used
03:35 uh for those programs
03:37 uh what's being done about it and and
03:39 how broadly were they used by
03:42 vote counters uh in various states
03:47 i think they were very broadly used but
03:50 but not by the vote counters they were
03:52 used by
03:53 the forces in the democratic operatives
03:56 that had
03:57 access to these programs through the
04:00 the government access points that they
04:02 have and
04:04 used it illegally to change votes in
04:06 this country
04:07 it's got to be investigated probably by
04:10 the president's most trusted military
04:12 intelligence
04:13 officials who can get into the system
04:15 and see what was done
04:17 but we do have some evidence that that
04:20 is exactly what happened
04:21 and they've used it against other
04:24 entities in other countries
04:26 it's just been turned recently against
04:28 our own
04:29 citizens here to change election results
04:31 it's absolutely appalling
04:33 that that can be done and whether it's
04:35 called computer glitches or something
04:38 else
04:38 somebody has actually gone into the
04:40 system and changed voting results
04:45 that's that's called intervention in our
04:48 elections
04:48 uh irrespective of uh i guess
04:52 if they were russia or china we'd refer
04:53 to them as meddling
04:55 but it's intervention and it's also
04:57 crooked as hell rigging this
04:58 election uh in any whether no matter the
05:02 jurisdiction whether it's uh
05:04 michigan georgia wherever it might be uh
05:08 what can we do about it because the
05:10 department of justice i mean if there's
05:11 evidence of that program why not just
05:13 turn it over
05:14 to the justice department and say let's
05:16 and go to the courts and say this has
05:18 got to stop now
05:19 here is the way in which it was done
05:23 well we've been trying to get their
05:24 attention and we're going to try even
05:26 harder and we'll have to put it
05:28 in a federal lawsuit apparently and get
05:31 as much of it out as we possibly can
05:34 we have some excellent witnesses on the
05:36 issue but this is
05:38 coup 5.0 lou i mean there was no reason
05:41 to think
05:42 that the democratic operatives who spent
05:44 hundreds of millions of dollars
05:46 creating the russia hoax the steele
05:49 dossier
05:50 taking us through a special counsel
05:52 operation for two years
05:54 trying an impeachment hoax the
05:56 apocalypse hoax
05:58 the obstruction hoax wouldn't go so far
06:01 as to create every means of voter fraud
06:04 they could come up with
06:05 to steal this election that's exactly
06:08 what happens the president must fight
06:10 back now
06:10 in every way shape or form we cannot let
06:13 this republic be stolen
06:15 by the democratic operatives who want to
06:18 destroy the republic
06:19 and make it a socialist country where
06:21 they continue to line their pockets with
06:23 these backdoor global deals like the
06:25 biden laptop from hell
06:27 exposes
06:31 well sending that's i think you're
06:32 exactly right about
06:35 that not happening uh let's let's turn

06:42 that these legislatures are republican
06:44 controlled
06:45 who can take that message to them and
06:48 precisely
06:49 how likely is it that they would be
06:51 receptive to a clean slate of electors
06:55 who would represent say the state of
06:56 pennsylvania that's a that's a
06:58 republican legislature and stand up for
07:02 the integrity of elections and support
07:04 the president
07:05 well you know the focus from the media
07:07 and activists and and
07:08 regular voters and citizens need to be
07:10 brought to bear here
07:11 uh certainly the information we're
07:13 learning uh from
07:15 campaign activists on the ground
07:17 independent journalists like john
07:18 solomon the worker judicial watch should
07:20 be also be brought to bear
07:22 i mean we know we knew going into this
07:24 election in
07:25 pennsylvania lou there were 800 000
07:27 extra names in the roles in pennsylvania
07:29 nevada county has a 154
07:32 000 inactive names on the rolls clark
07:34 county nevada i mean
07:36 so we've we've got this problem of dirty
07:39 election rolls
07:40 mailing and balloting being allowed to
07:43 draw
07:44 from and apparently a republican
07:47 and a republican party that doesn't
07:48 demand that those roles be cleaned up
07:51 i mean that's crazy could you put up
07:53 that uh graphic again please
07:55 folks i want everybody to see what
07:57 they're looking at because this is
07:58 really very important what tom's talking
08:00 about
08:01 the control of both chambers of the
08:04 legislature
08:05 in these states that are critical right
08:07 now in deciding who the next president
08:09 will be
08:10 michigan wisconsin arizona pennsylvania
08:12 north carolina
08:13 georgia they must play
08:16 a role in this to preserve the integrity
08:20 just as tom fitton is urging
08:23 and sidney powell what you're breaking
