Police pin man down, medics inject Ketamine to sedate a mentally agitated man in Boulder Colorado

Apparently this guy was menacing two photographers with a screwdriver at the cemetary. When they backed off he threw their camera tear in a small creek. Police arrive and chase him, tackle, and pin him down. Medics stick a needle in his arm well after the situation is under control. Officers also take heat from local neighbors while under video scrutiny from copwatchers.
