Oura Ring - RF Radiation exposure Airplane-Mode on and off

In response to some questions about the RF radiation produced by the Oura Ring due to its use of Bluetooth connectivity, Patrick recorded this test. It show the difference between the RF radiation produced when the Oura Ring is in Airplane-mode or when Airplane-mode is deactivated (connectivity on).

Any device with wireless connectivity produces RF radiation (radio frequency). Example are phones, bluetooth headsets, cordless headphones, baby monitors and many body function or activity monitors. There is much research that supports that RF exposure is a health risk and causes biological changes. It is therefor a good idea to not utilize any device close to the body when bluetooth, wi-fi or other wireless capabilities are still on.

The reason Patrick has an interest in the Oura Ring, is because it has this Airplane-mode feature and allows those who wish to monitior activity or sleep to do so without RF radiation.
