Otis Cat Is Not Appreciative of "Sunday Drivers"

Otis & Floki were just coming back from being out somewhere when a car started coming down the road. Whenever cars or walkers go down the road, they stop whatever they are doing and watch until whatever it is has disappeared. Otis seems particularly disturbed by this sightseer.
