Nutnfancy SHOT Show 2011: Blueforce Gets It Light
Blue Force apparently understands the importance of tactical gear being LIGHWEIGHT. The BF M4 well-designed chest rig weighs just 9.5 ounces. It is part of their "Ten Speed" line line of high quality elastic pouches for mags, pistols, knives, flashlights, and whatever else you can cram in there. All Ten Speed pouches feature this extraordinary lightness and trim design. Initial TNP testing shows them to be fast, comfortable, low profile, and simple to use. These Ten Speed pouches are made for the M1A/SCAR Heavy .308, M4/AR-15, and pistol mag systems and are issued in standard military colors. Printed patterns will wear over time, the elastic can snag and stretch over time, and it may not be the best hard-use system but many LE, civilian, and even military users may prefer them. Their super flat and light MOLLE attachment systems is fast to attach and sets new standards in design I think. Along the way in this Nutnfancy SHOT 2011 booth review with Stephen we also check out some other BF gear along the way. The "Overlord" pack looks good but has a surprisingly high price (I didn't know that at the time of the review). Luckily a lot of the other Blue Force nylon is carries a fair price for such well-made, lightweight, and 100% US-made kit.//////////////Music licensed from www.youtube.com/user/InSoMnIaKsTrAnCe
