NC State Highway Patrol honors one of its own in #LipSyncChallenge

N.C. Highway Patrol troopers from Surry and Stokes County honored fallen Trooper Samuel Bullard in their latest version of the #LipSyncChallenge. Trooper Bullard was killed during a high speed chase on May 21, 2018.
