“Gang Stalking” is, very likely, a disinformation term created by
U.S. intelligence agencies. It refers to the intense, long-term, unconstitutional surveillance and harassment of a person who has been designated as a target by someone associated with America’s security industry.

Such operations have nothing to do with criminal gangs. Official domestic counterintelligence operations of this type are – apparently – perpetrated by federal agents and intelligence/security contractors, sometimes with the support of state and local law enforcement personnel. Unofficial operations of this type are, apparently, perpetrated by private investigators and vigilantes – including former agents and cops, some of whom are members of the quasi-governmental Association of Law Enforcement Intelligence Units (LEIU), sometimes on behalf of corporate clients and others with connections to the public and private elements of America’s security industry.

The goal of such operations – in the parlance of counterintelligence agents – is “disruption” of the life of an individual deemed to be an enemy (or potential enemy) of clients or members of the security state. Arguably, the most accurate term for this form of harassment would be “counterintelligence stalking.” Agents of communist East Germany’s Stasi (state police) referred to the process as Zersetzung (German for “decomposition” or “corrosion” – a reference to the severe psychological, social, and financial effects upon the victim). American and British victims have described the process as “no-touch torture” – a phrase which also captures the nature of the crime: cowardly, unethical (and often illegal), but difficult to prove legally because it generates minimal forensic evidence.

Tactics include – but are not limited to – slander, blacklisting, “mobbing” (intense, organized harassment in the workplace), “black bag jobs” (residential break-ins), abusive phone calls, computer hacking, framing, threats, blackmail, vandalism, “street theater” (staged physical and verbal interactions with minions of the people who orchestrate the stalking), harassment by noises, and other forms of bullying.

Both the facts and the geographical distribution of relevant published news reports – as well as other evidence cited on this website – suggest that such stalking is sanctioned (and in some cases, orchestrated) by federal agencies; however, news reports, credible anecdotal information, and my own experiences, indicate that such stalking is also sometimes used unofficially for personal and corporate vendettas by current and former corrupt employees of law enforcement and intelligence agencies, private investigators, and their clients.

Since counterintelligence stalking goes far beyond surveillance – into the realm of psychological terrorism, it is essentially a form of extrajudicial punishment. As such, the harassment is illegal – even when done by the government. It clearly violates, for example, the U.S. Constitution’s Fourth Amendment, which prohibits unwarranted searches, and the Sixth Amendment – which guarantees the right to a trial. Such operations also violate similar fundamental rights defined by state constitutions. Stalking is also specifically prohibited by the criminal codes of every state in America.

Very well told story, James. Please try and stay strong. Keep your mind clean and body healthy, stay away from drugs and alcohol. I think you have to do that as a first step, really. You will need all your mind power and health to keep things together. I have been mobbed and stalked for about a decade and i know it takes strength and lots and lots and tons of personal self reliance. No one knows how to deal with this, really. Unless you have gone through it, it's pretty unbelievable, right? God bless and keep your strength.

I'm so sorry for your experiences. I just learned, this year, that I'm also a TI. I'm having the same issue. People are mad as f*ck with me for no reason. Well, I know they are being told lies. But someone is constantly trying to provoke me to do something out of character to act out. But then they tell everyone I acted out anyway. smh. TF is wrong with people??? It's like everyone is mind *ucked!

If you see that there are only ghost drivers around you should check if its not the other way around and you are the ghost driver. It's the same in most of these 'gangstalking' scenarios. The problem with the mind playing tricks on you is that you don't have a "second mind" to make an reality check, that means there is no way to convince you to think about your mind playing tricks on you.

Mind games is what they use in between the real things they do to you. If I think even one time and wonder if it's these perps actions then it will start to happen often. Example, when I go to Olive Garden I take notice to someone dressed in grey shoes and tomorrow I go again and someone is there in grey gloves, I began assigning these peeps to it then they will began to use that everytime to help you become paranoid. You can't take the time to figure it out. You have to forget about it and force your focus on others things. Tried and tested.

Love what you have posted. If we individually cower and try to hide we will not survive. Thanks for speaking out honestly. I have been a TI for 13 years but not known and been reluctant to talk about it because I've been labeled "delusional" and hospitalized. Now that I know there are lots of us and the biggest perpetrator is our own government, I'm determined to speak out.

Thanks for sharing. It's lonely being a TI, but in my case I was already on my own when it started. With me it was razor clear why I was targeted, because it literally started about fifteen minutes after my first reptilian shapeshifter movie analysis in February 2013. Been buzzed by choppers, police, directed energy weapons, and other stuff for four years now, see my channel. I did not stop my my analysis movies but increased them, and videos showing the gang stalking for a record. I also tell any TI there is only one way to win this, and that is to find favor with God through salvation in Jesus. Once your mind is opened to God's word it will begin to inform you what the real story is behind it all, which I will tell you about if interested. You have a clear speaking ability and willingness to go public which is rare. Too few can and that is how they keep this under wraps.

Wow almost identical story with my husband and I. Even tried to kill us by running us off the highway and trying to hit us head on. Happened in 2011 and have been stalked ever since.

I thought my experience was bad. Now it makes sense why it hasn't gotten that intense. I've always been a loner with no girlfriend or car just riding other people's magic carpets (mainly just 4 relatives I've known since I was a baby). I feel like the stalking gets worse if you "have a life" meaning a reliable companion, a vehicle, an income, a home, good style, and so on, because the point is to drive you into complete isolation and take away all those helpful things that allow you to say you have a life. That must be why the stalking never got THAT bad for me, because I've always been close enough to where they wanted me. A crazy person with no life. But these nut bags won't stop until you're on the streets or in some corner with NOBODY to have your back. They want to force you into the position of a loser just so that they can laugh and say nobody's to blame but yourself. All you can do is stay strong and remember that one day they'll pay the price they owe if they ain't already.

same thing happened to me. my car was forced off the road in a crowded city in Georgia. despite hundreds of people seeing it, no cops came. I totaled my car and luckily had some help. it's been almost a year for me. no end in sight.

Listening to your story has made me question when everything started for me... I used to be messed up on drugs too and did a few years in prison. That's the same thing happened to me, I went back to a city to fix some old problems that would follow me for life and next thing you know I'm losing my material things ,money, people that I thought I trusted, it's just horrible and yup like you said there's always some type weird looking demonic street theater going rather if im in or out my house 😥 I meditate more these days then I use to 👀🙏👀✌☄

They got my father to do what your friend did,he was probably recording the whole time, and then when they told him to, like a puppet, he tried to make you look, and feel crazy,my dad kept saying things while we were watching a movie, things that didn't relate to the movie, saying things like, I'm sure he wants to kill you,they try and break you, my family isolated me. This has been the most traumatic sh*t

It's a shame being targeted has made me either homeless or stuck in a nursing home. I chose the nursing home.... which isnt so bad since I'm used to the same tactics being done on me daily and some of the same stalker beings coming and going the same time I do and dressing like me...those are the most pathetic..smh.

I've been waiting for someone like you. I've just recently been wading through all the sites along tis, gs, etc. It kills me to see so many that have mental issues. It's heart breaking. Then there are people like yourself who say the right thing or describe an experience, only another soul could have went through. Not just the basic paranoia or delusions. It's fucking chilling. Like to the bone. I wasn't a good person either, lots of drugs and working multiple state's. Colorado, holy fuck is that state dialed in huh? Thanks for sharing your testimony, James. I hope things are better for you now, since uploading this, and that you are still alive, safe, and well. It is a hard thing to go through. The only way I made it this far, is with God the Father, His Son Jesus Christ, and His Holy Spirit. Even in the midst of a DEW attack, prayer will help a lot, and with faith, you can even pray them completely away. Of course, they retaliate, and bring more, but your faith builds stronger, and you can pray away even more. As for the people... I am still learning how to deal with them, and how to deal with employment - but praise God, when I trust Him and walk in faith, He even provides for my practical needs in so many amazing ways. I hope you already have a relationship with the Father, through His Son, Jesus, and you are filled with the Holy Spirit - however, if you are not, then please do not wait a minute longer before asking Jesus to come into your life and save not only your eternal soul, but your life here on this Earth as well. May God bless you and keep you safe.

My aunt who was also my godmother! She passed away recently! I’am from Florida. They followed me down to Florida,and actually were doing this on the day of her funeral! The most disgusting thing you could do! The also harassed me at a center were I went to get better!🤮🤮🤢🤢they are sick!

Wow your testimony has been an eye-opener as well as many other videos I've watched recently. I have experienced so many things in the last 9 or so months but for the better part of a year actually a little more what I thought was my wife's infidelity having a affair is looking more to me like the fact that I am definitely being gangstalked given the daily nuisances I experience and that have all stemmed what I believe from my research into conspiracy type theories which I intend to start documenting here shortly as this harassment seems to be continuing with no end in sight. The most horrific thing of this entire ordeal is the fact that it is divided my family which I am now in the process of divorce and the fact that my soon-to-be ex-wife has had a big hand in helping these assholes from a local security company that actually has ties in Arizona Texas Los Angeles as well as my local area in the high desert of California completely employed by ex-military types and the first I've heard you mention the State Farm connection where a lot of these people in the neighborhood where my ex chose to move us where are they seem to be rooted. A lot of these family members are realtors State Farm business owners and or employees and in fact fake Christian types. My biological father is rich. He had me targeted after I pointed out that he is a liar. They had the stalkers following me onto five flights in a row. I lost my shit on one of them because I didn't know who they were. Thought they were hitmen. These days I laugh at them sometimes. Like the fat lesbian with red shoes like a clown today stalking me. I laughed at her silly ass it was comedy.

Caution: triggers ahead. Exactly...if the situation got out of hand that night, where cops were involved "they" needed intimate witnesses as well as just a mere acquainted witness (and I'm sure random unknown neighboring witnesses were also on standby), as well as you to being stoned and/or high on something. Everything gangstalkers rely on stems from a certain set of deep rooted triggers. Believe me THEY were following/dataming you months if not years before you first noticed you were being followed. Think back to that day you first noticed strange activity and subtract 2 (or even 10-20 years...some TI's are targeted since school years, mildly at first then harder with age). My D-day was in Lakewood Colorado, but after the shock I realised my Colorado perps were using classified information only a couple of my Texas hometown friend/relatives aka 'perps' would have known. Once I realized this truth every trigger just stopped getting me anxious. It's just a sham. You're not burning bridges because there was never any bridges to burn. The relationships you thought you lost were all fabricated from a certain point til today and of course tomorrow. The "real" people from your past either are purposely being withheld or have no idea where you are or what you're going through. Believe me I too had the super christian friend, and the stoner friend, and the cool boss, the understanding LIVE-IN bf, the all of a sudden perfect best friend, the freespirited peace and love co workers...It's a system made for you to keep running, wasting time, and missing out on any and every financial opportunity. And it's all based on YOUR STUDIED personality which has now been purposely and deliberately twisted and reinstalled by TRIGGERS.

James Harken You are very correct and I appreciate your honesty. I have used hard drugs in the past but I'm done with those I still smoke weed though. I might die in this fight but I'm prepared for this in many ways. I'm gathering people to help in the battle so at least if it does cost my life it wont be in vain.

James Harken will do my backup just circled the house to make sure I'm ok, nice to know people have my back:) because I actually live with some of the people stalking me, they stand outside my door sometimes and talk about how I'm dead. Plus some of the neighbors are in on it. They don't realize how screwed they are if they touch me.

I've been watching your videos over the previous 3 days. Thank you so much that you gment everything being done to you, as heartbreaking as it is. In fact your story seems very much like my husband's story. He was an addict too, he's done some stuff (theft) aligned with his former addiction which I believe made him a target.

I'm so grateful that I came across your testimony video. My lifestyle is identical to yours and I thought the same thing about my 24/7 torture. Join a TI support group in your area. Otherwise, join ANTIFA. I bet many of its members were fucked over by gov't at some point.

Also consider wearing spy glasses & using multiple dash-cams in your vehicle. With enough evidence (including license-plate #'s), a lawyer might take your case. (Much gang stalking is done by sheriff's departments).

I'm a TI too dude, I'm all the way in Toledo, Ohio. I've been going through it for 6-10 years maybe longer than that. I have no idea why, maybe because of my Dad abusing me and him getting into trouble for the abuse, maybe not. I always thought it was because I was born considering all that has happened my whole life. I have gifts and have come across spirits that do the same, I can see astral bodies and they do that too. I have had sonic gangstalking harassment weapons used on me that's the noises in your head that don't stop. Be careful if someone has a cell behind your head. Their's videos that are highly useful for you I'll give you a heads up. I have telepathy and that is used as well. V2K is something used but I have something that you'll love to see.

I watch your story and I never did any of the things that you did. I have been under voice to skull for 2 plus years and the sick mindless group is Brazilian. In my situation I was invited to attend a party in a regular club in San Francisco, and before I go to the party a Brazilian friend just told me to be careful if I get a drink because some Brazilians from Goiania could put a drug named sleeping Cinderella into my drinks. I asked her, is San Francisco so dangerous now, she smiled and said " Just be careful those goianos are the devil." I wasn't sure if someone had done some hurt to her before. anyway I took a cab and went to Slide. I felt sick after I got to her place that night, and I had a single drink, the second one that that Brazilian promoter prepared I sip on it and went to the bathroom dropped it inside the toilet. Every time the I was about to leave her house while I was staying with her for a while until I found my place she was very concerned with me, I noticed that she was having sleeping deprivation and she was not been the old friend that I used to know. She was ok the first 2 to 3 weeks after that she was behaving very quite and silent person. When I was there I saw a Brazilian man putting a dead rat in her garden, that scared me I asked her what was going on she said nothing, but I remember seeing her putting a chair behind her front door every night, showing that she was scared of something, but she lives in a very nice neighborhood in San Francisco. A week after I moved from her place to mine rental one I started listening to the voice of skull and experiencing the gangstalkers on the streets, supermarket, restaurants. They ask me for money since the first week that they started projecting the voice. I have heard of some people that said they are not listening to voices ,but they do have the gangstalkers following them everywhere. Like you said that you have done drugs, it is not a motive for them to harass you , they are not police, no FBI they are psychopath that do this evil inhuman crime for their own pleasure. They tell me that it is spiritual, better explaining Brazilian Macumba, the same as voodoo , witchcraft. I believe that what those evil narcissist are doing is both Remote Neural Monitoring, some kind of microchip, MK Ultra I really don't know what kind of technology it is ,but I can listen to them from anywhere I go, and they tell me that they can read my thoughts. I did end up a hospital where I saw some weird Brazilians sneaking in and I am 100 sure they drugged me inside the hospital because I had the worse nightmare of my life the first night at Good Samaritan. If they imputed a microchip or did some satanism was during the time they made me end up at the hospital. I had a girl named Michele that 4 AM injected a red substance into my veins and after that I didn't see what happened to me until 9 am. And I wasn't in the same bed that I fell sleeping, the people around me was not the same. And the weird man that was seating around with a fake uniform and stick star in his shoulder was there anymore. Around 2 am I asked him to help me take the all the wire that I had plugged into my chest and head. Now I am wondering if they were reading and mapping my brain.
Anyway, I am in California and it happened to me here, but I know that there is Brazilians good and bad everywhere in the United States. Let's us all the victims to fight for our humans rights and not let this crime take over ours lives.
I have one thing to tell you, you are very young man, please stop the drugs and focus on live your life doing great things. Find a job, a sport that you love and change your mind set. I am from Brazil and I made a huge sacrifice to make it to your country where the opportunities to get a better life are countless. Take advantage of what your country offers you and say NO to the drugs. Do this exercise, visit a jail and talked to someone that did drugs and end there, it might help you stay away, also make friendship with who lift you up and help you be a better person. I believe that you are a good person, but you need to make your brain strong too, when it comes to make poor choices. I saw my relatives suffering the consequences of the drugs until he died. Hope one day hear from you saying that you are drugs free. All the best for you. Be safe and never do what the gangstalkers and the voices tell you to do.

That masonic witch finger signalling makes me furious too. When you wake up to this junk you can't not see it. Praise God though because he will lift you up and give you awareness of what's going on at all times. Prayer definitely works and resisting sin will go a long way God and supercharge your prayers. It all looks so Mickey Mouse these days but that's cuz God walked me through the worst. I ride a motorcycle and I know very very well how they attempt to coordinate an accident. God has backed them down big time but you must always be vigilant and as you well know carry yourself as a real man not to be messed with. Isn't that the question everyone has, how did I get "put on the list." Still cannot figure it out, if this is what is happening to me. Never stole, don't do drugs, don't sell drugs, don't have sex, dont sell sex, don't really do much but sit at home during the day and work at night. But the way people speak about this, sounds like people with resentment or a grudge do these evil acts against people. The more you let them know that you see the signs the more they're going to do it you have to ignore it. You are the one allowing them to play with your psyche. I have home health aids and even a case manager that has the heaviest accent that I can't even understand her so for a year I was trying to get rid of her she always took my words out of context. So because I finally got rid of her now they sent me home AIDS that don't even speak my language'l old in my use!

my situation is that i am one of the few sane people in my family who stayed out of drugs and stuff and had cousins who went to jail...i got gang stalked by BOTH undercover police informants and the drug people...of course the drug people dont always buy that your just a common joe who wants to live his life and dont rat anyone out or get involved , they take it that you might be buying drugs from one of their rivals or with the police...so they stalk you because they are paranoid because of the nature of thei business, but those people let you be and let you alone if they are satisfied that you aint no threat, but some of them mad because you wont become a new customer and conform to their shit...then the cops and police informants watching both you and the drug sellers...then you got 2 kinds of police informants (1) the ones who are wanting to bust someone for drugs and (2) the corrupt cops who protect the drug people ...all end up resenting you...then you got the jealous family members who are jealous that thier kid ruined their lives going in and out of jail for drugs and jealous that your mothers kid (aka you) are doing well and they need to knock you down a notch to make themslves feel better if they get dirt on you...i had this guy who got real mad because i refused rides home and that i refused to go out and drink when he kept pushing me to ...kept pushing and pushing to the point that i thought he had some kind of gay obsession with me and shit...he was weird.....i remember people like that creeped me out because i heard stories where these people try to get you to go somewhere and be a fall guy...but i remember getting creeped of and then went from getting creeped out..to getting real pissed..and i was like "who the hell do you think you are trying to FORCE on me a ride home that i dont want or need and what the hell is your alterior motive"

My opinion is, they are victims themselves. Forgive these people, or harassers, they aren't getting paid. Dude I lead people on a wild goose chase when they follow me driving. I will take off all over hell and creation ,I will take quick turns ,sudden stops ,etc. I had one fool following me and I took a very abrupt quick turn ,that he could not because of the light and intersection, he pulled over and out pops the cell phone he is watching me go the other way as I 180 ed . Sometimes you gotta flip the script on them . lol

Here's something that'll blow your minds. 99.9% of you have or do smoke weed. Most of your problems started after you started smoking. Now weed is almost legal everywhere. The Fed gov. isn't prosecuting anymore. Have you ever considered why? What are they putting in the weed?

No, seriously, believe it or not, though I know you won't, schizophrenia can/is induced by MJ use. Schizophrenia also starts manifesting in teens to 20's, and if you're a heavy weed smoker/drug user, the MJ is causing it's on set.

This is the reality Larry. These people are unfortunately experiencing some serious mental health issues fueled by their paranoia and their confirmation biased. They wont listen to logic or reason because their minds are illogical by definition... They dont understand the correlation of their drug use and change in personality. They blame the police for their lost relationships that are affected by their own behavior. They are so scared of the police and so unwell, that their behavior ultimately becomes the REASON that police are interested in them. This is a self-fulfilling prophecy where their fear of police lends to them having MORE police interactions due to their untreated mental health issues.

Unimportant people LACK connections (who can call off gang stalking) and also LACK $$$$ for complex private investigations. Unimportant people = excellent victims for gang stalking.

Not long ago ppl believed kids reporting sexual abuse, especially by parents and priests were demonic, Iying, schizophrenics. Many from that time were committed and some, having been put on anti psychotic drugs, are still there.

Unless you are a psychopath who is a perp just enjoying causing harm to innocent ppl being victimized by others of the same ilk, you will consider the second wounding you are causing the targets of this crime and refrain from spreading disinformation. Think about it.

Just curious is Suki the chick you had in the waterfalls video posting you did a few weeks ago? I can relate to the friends becoming perps ordeal. Thats pretty common for most Ti's. Ochu, there are games that involve insurance. There are valid paid informants like the Orange County muslims who took a restraining order out. Then there's that guy that was hunted by the LAPD who broke from his career harassment as an officer. Many games are described in the code. Like it's an instruction manual. James Harken umm search for Muslim Mosque infiltration in Los Angeles. And the police officer Christopher Dorner. He was being harassed by his peers before he went on the run. Welfare and Institutions code for CA is about 800 pages you probably have one in your area. They list types of investigations that can be used to target and harass those in social services usually someone in the family. Patriot Act has several sections. The one that I reference personally is the non profit organizational Patriot Act defining the hijacking of non profit accounts being used for terrorist activities.

I can honestly say that I have no idea what it is like to be stalked by a gang, But I can tell you that I know what it is like to be stalked and Harassed every second of every day for the past 11 years! I have certain people who actually told me, messaged me, and left messages on my VM That they were going to make it their mission in life to make my life is miserable as they possibly could! In addition they repeatedly call DCF on me trying to get my children taken away. I went to the police. I spoke to a guy named detective Craven. He is with the part of the please department where they try and find the people that are threatening you through the Internet and other ways. The asshole actually became friends with them and sent them a personal text message which they immediately put up on the Internet to make it look as though I had done something wrong to this man. I went to the cops superior, he defended the cop of fucking course! They have even created a web-page solely dedicated To telling the whole world all these horrible horrible lies about me that never ever happened! Now, I know this does not in any way resemble what is happened to you, but, nevertheless which ever way it still never ever ends! I have went everywhere to try and get some help to get these people away from me and no one not even the cops will help me. I am miserable all the time because they know every single thing I do every day-and it pisses me off because I don't know who is telling them where I am or what I am doing or any of it! It is really fucking crazy! So I am now trying to find a way to figure out who and what they have following me and also how they know everything I put up on any of my sites! I hate that more than anything because I have no privacy at all in my life! So anyway, I just wanted to tell you a little bit about why what you were talking about just hit me the way it did. I guess it's because I know what it's like to be followed even if it is for different reasons.
