hemp crops needing little water and no pesticides, will pull a lot of contaminant "fertilizer" out of the soil in a few seasons, with crop rotation. hemp will feed animals, filtering more out before WE are eating the stuff. hemp could also make deserts shrink.

Martin, you should check out videos about a "penny stove".
you do need alcohol or "Heet" (yellow bottle) gasoline treatment for fuel,
if the gas gets shut off here, no problem using a penny stove a while.
made from a couple soda cans, perfect for backpacking too.
closed top you toss a coin onto is lots more efficient, but not self priming.

yes Martin, a young puppy can be headaches+nightmares (big fun too!)
