It's sad to see. Already Plateau Mont-Royal is gone. Most of the artsy fartsy types have moved out. This part of town, much like the Ville-Marie area (Which is the actual downtown core), has gotten too expensive to live. Now these artists are living on the outer neighborhoods. Either it is east which could be Hochelaga, Rosemont or Montreal-North or It's west which would be SaintHenri, Point-Saint-Charles or Verdun. Unfortunately even these places are getting expensive as well. They might have to move out Montreal altogether. It might possibly be Laval or the South-Shore.
