On Wednesday, May 9th, 2001, over twenty military, intelligence, government, corporate and scientific witnesses came forward at the National Press Club in Washington, DC to publicly document under oath their understanding and experiences with advanced energy and propulsion technologies and brushes with highly irregular classified events that appear inexplicable.

The weight of this first-hand testimony, along with supporting government documentation and other evidence, establishes the apparent reality of the phenomena discussed.

Since that time more than 400 high ranking former military, Intelligence, Government, Aviation and Scientific witnesses have declared they were willing to testify under Oath before present members of Congress about their experiences proving there to be both secret Black projects involving Highly advanced but unknown technology and propulsion systems as well as apparently non-local visitations of highly advanced unfamiliar nature who were clearly observing closely and able to supersede our control of weapons bypassing our most sophisticated firewalls and safeguards protecting nuclear arsenals.
