Before a single person ever reported sick - not only had China ordered massive numbers of (useless) PCR "tests" - Fauci and other mad scientists gathered (October 2019) and proposed to "Blow up the system" saying we need a "DISRUPTIVE ENTITY" (pandemic) a Surprise OUTBREAK, one "NOT BEHOLDEN to Bureaucratic Processes" (FDA approval) to get people to take a UNIVERSAL WORLDWIDE VACCINE. This has nothing to do with HEALTH and everything to do with instigating a form of Top Down Control over the world's inhabitants.
