Lost City of The Inca, Peru/Bolivia, The Highest Elevation Capital in the World; La Paz & Tiwanaku!
Howdy ya’ll. Today we will look at some major aspects of the Inca Empire in both Peru and Bolivia. We will look through the megalithic sites of Tiwanaku, The Gate of the Sun, and the numerous aspects of that superstructure.
As the Tiwanaku culture faded, the Inca culture arose, however Inca Legend ties the Inca people directly to the Tiwanaku. Furthermore, we’re told in later years Tiwanaku was dismantled for building materials, with much of Laja, on the outskirts of La Paz, said to be built out of the repurposed stones.
La Paz, Bolivia is not only the capital of that country, but it is also the highest elevation capital city in the entire world, with a history that ties back directly to Inca Influence. Today we will discuss the Inca Narrative, the major cities within, as well as the La Paz Narrative, while we browse through roughly 150 of the oldest and most unique photographs and artistic depictions of those locations.
This video is intended to expand our curiosity and knowledge of the current narrative, while taking it all with a grain of salt. I’d love to hear your thoughts on any subjects discussed today down below, and I look forward to our deeper discussion. What anomalies stand out to you?
