Latino groups call Gov. Abbott's new executive order on immigration unconstitutional

Latino is not a (Racial Classification). There are ONLY Three racial classifications and latino is not one of them.
So How can it be (Racial Profiling).
Just keep throwing the race, racial, racist, racism word around like a Chicken Little.
