Ken's Eviction TAU use force to take illegal possession

9th April 2014 - TAU drafted in to force illegal entry into Ken's house. Ken was accused of owing £6000 to Manchester City Council for business rates. He disputed that it was him that owed the money but was ignored by the council who used their secret courts to issue liability orders against Ken who was not notified until Bankrupcy proceedings were underway. He attended the bankrupcy hearing and said he would pay the £6000 despite disputing the charges. He was ignored by the courts and made bankrupt. 3 years on, the trust managing the assets now want £75,000 to let Ken stay in his home. A staggering miscarriage of justice! Police TAU units then used to force him out of his house and make him homeless.
