This vid features the Kato F40PH installed with the LokSound Micro Direct v5 Decoder and our TopHobbyTrains.com standard speaker. We have done a full lighting mod using 7 added micro LEDS including the cab mounted red emergency light, LED front/rear lights, cab mounted number boards, 2 roof mounted strobes and independent ditch lights. All lighting functions are DCC controlled as is the motor and sound. Operation of this model is outstanding throughout the full throttle range with precise slow speed operation. We configured the decoder with 2 selectable horns and roof mounted strobes with asynchronized or synchronized operation. All functions are function key selectable.
