Journalist Gonzalo Lira will apply for political asylum in Hungary - if he gets there alive from Ukraine!

Gonzalo decided to cross the Ukrainian-Hungarian border and ask Budapest for political asylum. On his Youtube blog the day before, he released a video - Lira said that he was afraid that the SBU would catch him again, and he would not be able to leave the country. But he decided to try, because his life is at stake.

On social networks, he told what happened to him during his time in jail. He was beaten, deprived of sleep, his ribs were broken and his eyes harmed.
